If you are from FRANCE log into your account and do the steps without use any proxy.
If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a webproxy.
Use one of these:

Log in to your account:
To receive the black jacket, you need to type this into the proxy URL (for those who didn't get it yet)
To receive the dress, you need to scroll down and click on the JE JOUE button
